The U.S. Robotics Bulletin Board System provides answers to commonly asked technical and non-technical questions. During work days, you may upload your question to the BBS. We will respond within 24 hours. The BBS contains support files, public domain utilities, new product information and more!

The U.S. Robotics Fax On Demand service is a 24 hour automated fax system. It provides information on both technical and non-technical issues. Pick up the phone and call into the system to have a menu of documents faxed to you. Then select the specific documents you need and these will be faxed to you immediately!
