Set Alarm
Use the Set Volume Alarm dialog box to specify that you
are warned of possible problems.
Summary information about the selected volume is displayed at
the top of the screen.
In the Alarm Details group box you can specify when you want
the alarm to be raised:
. when the volume space usage goes above a certain amount
. when the volume space usage goes below the specified amount
. when the number of directories reaches the number specified
. when the number of directories drops below the number
specified
In the Message text box, type the message you want to send.
Choose the Select User button to select the user to whom you
want the message to be sent.
In the Message Frequency checkbox, you can specify the
interval, in minutes, between each message. If you specify a
message frequency of 0, the message is sent only once.
Choose the Set button to set the alarm.
