Send Messages                                 
 Use the Send Messages dialog box to send a message to a user
 or a group of users on the network.

 If you want to send a message to a user, the title of this
 dialog box should be Send Message to a User. If the title
 is Send Message to a Group, choose the User List button at
 the bottom of the screen.

 To send a message to a user:
 1.     Highlight a user in User list box. This is a list of
        users who are connected to the server. To view a list of
        all the users, choose the Show all users button.
 2.     Type the message you want to send, and choose the Send
        button.
        Your message is sent to the selected user.

 If the dialog box title is Send Message to a Group, a
 list of groups is displayed, instead of a list of users.

 To send a message to a group of users:
 1.     Highlight a group in Group list box. This is a list of
        groups on the server.
        The User list is a list of the members of the current
        group who are logged in. To view a list of all users in
        the group, choose the Show all users button.
 2.     Type the message you want to send, and choose the Send
        button.
        Your message is sent to the selected group of users.
