Editors                                        

 Use this command to specify the editors to use with different
 extensions. These editors are invoked when you press F4.

 Your Editor Extension File can be created from within Commander
 or with a standard text editor.

 Creating the Editor Extension file with Commander 

 Select Editors... from the Commands menu to display the
 current editors file. If no file exists a blank file is
 displayed.
 You can now Insert, Edit or Delete Associations.

 F6 Insert
     Press F6 or INS to display the Edit Editor Association
     dialog box. Enter an extension, and the command to execute
     for this extension.

 F4 Edit
     Displays the Edit Editor Association dialog box where you
     can edit the currently highlighted association.

 F8 Delete
     Deletes the currently highlighted association.

 F2 Save
     Save the current editor file to disk.

 Creating the Extension File with an Editor 

 Each line in the file consists of an extension, and the
 command to run on files with that extension:

        +---- Extension
        |
        |        +---- Insert file name and extension
        .        .
       txt: b/c !.!

            +---------+
              Command

 tells the Commander to run Brief when you press Enter on a file
 with a .txt extension.
