1. To add an image from a preview library to a Web page:

    1. Click on the Open button on the Standard toolbar.
      Or, select Open from the File menu.
      The Open box is displayed.

    2. Click on the drop down icon in the Files of Type field to see the list of file types.

    3. Click on Preview Library Files (*.brs).
      All the preview library files with a "brs" extension are listed

    4. Double click on the library file to open it or click on the Open button.
      The Preview Library is displayed on the screen.


      Note
      Access the View menu to select either:
      1. The Thumbnail view
        Thumbnail size pictures of the images are displayed.
      2. Report view
        Contains the file name, optional description, and size of the image.
      3. Both views
        Displays the Thumbnail and Report views.
    5. On the Window menu, select to tile the library file and your Web page either horizontally or vertically.
      The screen is split in half.

    6. In the Preview library, click on the image in the Thumbnail View that you want to add to the Web page.

    7. Hold down the left mouse button as you drag the image to the Web page.
      When you release the button, the image is pasted into the Web page and the Image Properties box is displayed.

    8. Set the Image Properties.

    9. Click OK.
      The image is displayed on your Web page.

    10. Select Close from the File menu to close the Preview Library.

  2. To edit an image:

    1. Click on an image in the thumbnail view.

    2. Select Open Item from the Library menu.
      The image is opened in the ImagEditor screen.


    Note
    If you have purchased ImagEditor, you have all of the image editing tools available. If you have not purchased ImagEditor, you will only be able to open and view the image.
