from another user prove defective you assume the entire cost of any necessary 
servicing, repair or correction.  Under no circumstances will the operators of
this system be liable to you for any damages resulting from the unsuitability
of any files or equipment which came from this system, even if the operator 
has been advised that such unsuitability exists.
 
The system operators have the ability to read any messages left on the
system, including those specified as "Restricted" when posted.  The sysop
reserves the right to delete any message, unprotect private messages,
protect public messages or restore messages that a user has deleted.
 
All users who register and use an account on this system hereby consent
to be bound by the terms of this agreement and assume all risks of
whatever nature or kind that may arise.
