ZipMan 99 Deluxe is a system extension for Windows 95/98 that gives you direct access to the files stored in compressed files, which are generally known as 'archives'. ZipMan 99 Deluxe is fully integrated in Windows 95/98, giving you direct access to the contents of archives, both in the Windows Explorer and at the DOS prompt. You can compress and extract archives, display their contents, and open and execute files directly from the archives without unpacking them first. In fact, ZipMan enables you to work with the contents of archives in almost exactly the same way as files in ordinary folders. ZipMan 99 Deluxe supports ZIP, ARJ, RAR, TAR, TGZ, and LHA archives, and allows you to create self-extracting archives as well. The program also uses multivolume technology, which allows you to split or span archives across multiple floppies or other media.
