Screen Saver Builder is a Windows 95/98/NT tool that lets you make your own screensavers. It allows you to combine as many JPEG, GIF, BMP, and PPM images as you want into a single SCR file. It can also make screensavers that can be installed automatically. The previous update featured a new graphical interface, added sound support, and supported a thumbnail preview function. Version 2.20 added MIDI sound support. This new release includes the ability to uninstall screensavers, save and load project features, background colour, and many other improvements.
