This Web publishing tool lets you manage files from a WWW interface. It was written to give users the ability to update their personal home pages without using any commercial product or FTP. RearSite is simple to use -- after logging in, users have access to their home directory and is able to delete, rename, and create documents. Transferring and installing archives (ZIP, tar, or tar.gz) is easy and users are able to set up HTTP access rights to their directories, as well as share their directories with trusted users.
