Warranty
The user of this software package acknowledges that this software may contain errors and is not
designed or intended for use in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear
facility ("High Risk Activities").áThe vendor disclaims any express or implied warranty of fitness
for such uses. The user represents and warrants to the vendor that it will not use, distribute or
license this software for High Risk Activities.
This software is provided "AS IS".áAll express or implied conditions, representations, and warranties,
including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement, are disclaimed, except to the extend that such disclaimers are held
to be legally invalid.
The user acknowledges that this software may have defects or deficiencies which cannot or will not
be corrected by the vendor. The user will hold the vendor harmless from any claims based on its use
of these software for any purposes other than those of internal evaluation, and from any claims that
later versions or releases of any software furnished to the user are incompatible with these software
provided under this Agreement.
The user shall have the sole responsibility to protect adequately and backup the users data and/or
equipment used in connection with these software. The user shall not claim against the vendor for
lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the users
use of this software.
Neither party will be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage
in connection with or arising out of this Agreement (including loss of business, revenue, profits,
use, data or other economic advantage), however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if
that party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.
Data Privacy
All data included in this documentation or in other documentations of this software package or in other
parts of this softwarepackage may not be used for any purpose beside its purpose determined in the
documentation. Divergent usage of this data or processing of it using methods of information technology,
computer science or any other electronic method isn't allowed.
"Data" are defined here as all personal information like names, names of streets, addresses, postal codes,
names of towns, account numbers, bank identification codes and / or names of institutes if they are related
to persons or if they can be connected with a person.

algorithms provided and developed by Dolby Laboratories Inc. Possibly used logos and names related with
