openssl_x509_export_to_file() stores x509 into a file named by outfilename in a PEM encoded format. The optional parameter notext default to TRUE. If set to FALSE, additional human readable text will also be stored into the output file. Zwraca TRUE w przypadku sukcesu, FALSE w przypadku pora┐ki.
