Choosing a delivery address other than the one that's displayed
The address that appears by default when you begin a new purchase is the address you've entered for your business in the Company Information window. If the goods should be delivered to another location, use one of the following options:
- If you want the items to be drop-shipped to a customer or to somebody else for whom you've created a card, click the button that appears to the left of the address. You can choose from the five addresses you've entered for the card you're currently using or choose Another Card. If you choose Another Card, a list of all your cards appears, and you can choose the card you want. The address you entered for Address 1 will appear.
- If the address you want doesn't appear in your Card File, you can simply type the address in the Deliver To field. (If it's an address you expect to use again, you may want to add it to your Card File, to save you the effort of retyping it when you're entering purchase orders later on.)
