Specifying a special invoice layout for each customer
You can set up your customer cards to specify a particular invoice layout for each customer. To do so, select a default Printed Form on the Selling Details tab of the Card Information window. Click the Select from List arrow to see a list of all the forms available for the sale layout you've chosen for this customer. You can choose from standard or custom invoice layouts, depending on your needs. (The Printed Form field is not available if you choose No Default or Miscellaneous in the Sale Layout field.)
The layout you selected will be used automatically when you print an invoice using the Sales window. If you print invoices using the Forms Selection window, you can override your selection and choose another layout for your invoices if you like.
