You can't find your customer payments (or other receipts)
If you're certain that you've recorded all of your customer payments or other receipts, but you still can't find them, then you've probably forgotten to transfer the receipts from your undeposited funds account into your bank account. If the funds have been deposited in your bank account, use the Prepare Bank Deposit window to transfer them from your undeposited funds account to your bank account. Otherwise, choose your undeposited funds account from the accounts list at the top of the window to view all your undeposited receipts. (Preparing a bank deposit)
