Giving a title to a custom list field on a form

Custom list fields do not appear in basic form layouts and do not have titles. If you customise a form by selecting a custom list field in the Select from List window, you must create a text label for it. You can add a text label to any newly activated field by using the Text button in the toolbar of the Customise window. (To add design elements to a form)
