Adding a text label for a custom field

Custom data fields do not appear in the basic form layout and do not have corresponding text field labels. If you want your printed form to include text labels for all fields on the form, you must add a text label for every custom field that you add. You can add a text label to any custom field by using the Text button in the Customise window toolbar. (To add design elements to a form)
