If you've forgotten your password
If you've forgotten your user ID password, speak to the person who set up the user IDs originally or to the person who manages your company's bookkeeping activities. He or she will be able to reset to password for your user ID.
If you use the Administrator user ID and you've forgotten your password, you must contact MYOB's technical support department for further assistance. For a fee, the support team will examine your company file and reset the password. Please be prepared to prove that you are the owner of the company file you wish to access.
