About systemwide preferences

Systemwide preferences are those preferences that affect everyone who has access to your company file. For example, "Transactions CAN'T Be Changed; They Must Be Reversed" is a systemwide preference; if you mark this option, nobody who has access to your company file will be able to change transactions once they've been recorded.

Personal preferences are those preferences that apply only to you, based on the user ID you entered when you started MYOB Accounting Plus. You can set these preferences to suit the way you work without affecting any of your coworkers. For example, you could mark the "Save Window Sizes and Locations" preference, but your coworkers might leave it unmarked.

Systemwide preferences are followed by the notation [System-wide]. Any preferences that do not display this label are personal preferences.
