The activity I want to pay doesn't appear in the list


If you're searching by employee or supplier, or by job, make your selections more general by choosing the All Employees and Suppliers and All Jobs options. The Sort by Job option (in the lower left area of the window) may make it easier to locate activities that have been assigned to jobs, as well.)

If you still are unable to locate the activity slip you want, click the Completed Work tab to see whether it's been fully billed already.

Finally, check to be sure the activity slip was entered, and was assigned to the correct customer. Using the View Activity Log window, you can display a list of all the activity slips entered for a particular employee or supplier, along with the customer the slip was assigned to. If the slip was accidentally assigned to the wrong customer, click the arrow that appears next to the slip to display it in the Enter Activity Slip window; choose the correct customer and click OK.
