Finding a transaction that's been recorded

You can use the Find Transactions window to view any transaction you've entered in MYOB Accounting Plus. You can view individual transactions, or a list of all transactions of a particular type (all invoices, for example) within a range of dates you specify. Advanced search capabilities enable you to search for a transaction even if you know only the amount of the transaction or the memo comment that was used for it.

To display the Find Transactions window, click the Find Transactions button that appears at the bottom of every MYOB Accounting Plus command centre.

You also can use the Register windows (Sales Register window, Purchases Register window, Bank Register window, Items Register window) to view all your sales, purchases, banking and stock transactions. You can narrow your search to particular types of transactions, such as quotes, and to transactions for a particular company and that were recorded within a specified period of time. Using the registers, you can quickly process transactions -- enter payments, change quotes to orders or invoices, and the like. If you want to view detailed information about any transaction displayed in a register, double-click the transaction to display it in the window where it was originally entered.
