Changing the default payroll bank account


If the bank account that appears when you open the Pay Employees window isn't the one you generally use to pay your employees, you can change it. To do so, choose Setup menu>Linked Accounts>Payroll Accounts to display the Payroll Linked Accounts window. In the Payroll Bank Account field, enter or select the correct account for your paycheques, then click OK.
