Once you've found the form you want to print, you'll need to make some important decisions about how you want to print it. Before you begin printing, you must choose a form type, the specific information you want to display on the form, and the type of paper you will use to print it.
If you have added coloured design elements -- such as pictures, field backgrounds, background images or coloured text -- to your form design, you can preview and print the form in colour using either a laser or inkjet printer.
To help make sure that the design and content of your forms are accurate, you can preview your forms, using either actual or sample data, before you print them. You can also print test forms to ensure your information is aligned properly on the paper in your printer.
