In MYOB Accounting Plus, a customer credit is a transaction that indicates you owe money to a customer. There are several ways to create a customer credit.
You can choose from two ways of settling a customer credit:
- By applying the customer credit to one or more of the customer's unpaid sales, thereby reducing the amount of money the customer owes you
- By paying a refund for the amount of the customer credit
