User ID

In MYOB Accounting Plus, user IDs keep track of the actions of each person, or user, who performs tasks that affect your company file. Whenever a user adds or changes transactions in a company file, that person's user ID will be attached to the information that was added or changed. This allows you to quickly see who's been changing your company's file.

Enter the user ID by which you want to be identified in this company file.

Existing Password

User IDs are linked with a password. Enter your existing password in this field.

New Password

Enter a new password in this field.

Be sure to remember this password since you'll enter it in the Sign-on window each time you use the MYOB Accounting Plus system. Your previous password will no longer be valid.

Confirm Password

Enter your new password a second time.

Cancel button

Click this button to choose a different company file to open.

Record button

After you've entered and re-entered your new password, click this button to update your user ID and enter your company file.
