Look
for the 
or 
feed icons on news pages
of websites, for example Yahoo! news.
Move your mouse cursor over the above icon on your chosen website and
click the right mouse button, then choose "Copy Shortcut".
Click the News button on your sidebar or toolbar, then click the Subscribe on the news browser toolbar.
Select Enter the URL of news feed if you want add a feed manually , hit next then paste (CTRL V or click right mouse button and select paste) the URL and press Next.
Select the news group the feed will be added to and click Next (you can group feed into custom categories, simply click next if you haven't set up groups).
Click Finish to add the feed
