Purpose
This page lets you choose options for printing out meetings.
Usage
Option | Description |
Print as shown | Select this radio button if you wish to print all the fields currently shown in the Meeting List view in Meeting mode. |
Print using options | Select this radio button if you wish to print only fields that you select from the Fields list. |
Print Selected Meeting | Select this radio button if you wish to print only the currently selected meeting. |
Print all meetings in folder | Select this radio button if you wish to print all the meetings in the currently open folder. |
New page per Item | Check this check box if you wish to start a new page for each new record. |
Line between each item | Check this check box if you wish to draw a horizontal line between each consecutive record. |
Print Field Titles | Check this check box if you wish to print the field names above each field that is printed. |
Print meeting subject | Check this check box if you wish to print the subject of the meeting in its own font prior to the other fields. |
Print members | Check this check box if you wish to print a list of people who will be attending the meeting. |
Print agenda | Check this check box if you wish to print the text of the meeting agenda. |
Print minutes | Check this check box if you wish to print the text of the meeting minutes. |
