Print Meetings Details Page

Purpose

This page lets you choose options for printing out meetings.

Usage

Option Description
Print as shown Select this radio button if you wish to print all the fields currently shown in the Meeting List view in Meeting mode.
Print using options Select this radio button if you wish to print only fields that you select from the Fields list.
Print Selected Meeting Select this radio button if you wish to print only the currently selected meeting.
Print all meetings in folder Select this radio button if you wish to print all the meetings in the currently open folder.
New page per Item Check this check box if you wish to start a new page for each new record.
Line between each item Check this check box if you wish to draw a horizontal line between each consecutive record.
Print Field Titles Check this check box if you wish to print the field names above each field that is printed.
Print meeting subject Check this check box if you wish to print the subject of the meeting in its own font prior to the other fields.
Print members Check this check box if you wish to print a list of people who will be attending the meeting.
Print agenda Check this check box if you wish to print the text of the meeting agenda.
Print minutes Check this check box if you wish to print the text of the meeting minutes.
