Purpose
This page lets you associate this item with a specific company or contact. This association can be made automatically by certain functions, but this page lets you make the association manually.
Usage
Associate the task with a company by pressing the Search button adjacent to the Company field. A Search Companies dialog box is displayed allowing you to enter the first few letters of the company's name. Press the Search button, select the required company from the Results list and press the Select button.
Associate the task with a contact by pressing the Search button adjacent to the contact field. A Search Contacts dialog box is displayed allowing you to enter the first few letters of the contact's last name. Press the Search button, select the required contact from the Results list and press the Select button.
Press OK to save your changes.
