Away From Office dialog box

Purpose

This dialog box lets you specify details of where you will be so that people may contact you. You typically fill out these details just prior to going. Other users will see the details you enter in this dialog box when they select you in Diary mode and press the Where button.

Usage

Option Description

Place The place or location where you are going to be

Phone / Ext. The telephone number and extension that you may be reached on.

Due back The date and time when you are due back in the office.

I will be in the building / Off site Choose whether you will be on or off site.

Other Information Specify any other information relevant to your absence.

When you press OK, OfficeTalk will close the current mode, showing just a grey background for security purposes. A further dialog box is displayed giving you the choice of logging out of OfficeTalk completely.
