Click on the action buttons on the right side, the character will do the action, click on Stop to stop the action and click on Play to replay the action. When the action is stopped, you can press the arrows on both sides of Play to adjust the character's direction. If you are satisfied with the statue, click on OK to finish the creation.

The direction of statue is the same as that of the character. For example, if the character is facing to you, the statue will face to you, too.
