Meteor (Upgrade the level)
Meteor is a stony or metallic mass of matter that has fallen to the earth's surface from meteor shower. It is said Meteor has a mighty power. If this power has penetrated the equipments, it can upgrade the level of the equipments but maintain the same quality, i.e., a level-60 super equipments may become a level-70 super equipments. The higher the level, the more difficult to upgrade. If the improvement is unsuccessful, the durability may go down, but the level is not affected.

Dragon Ball (Upgrade the Quality)
Chinese take dragons as supernatural creatures. The Dragon Balls have magic performance. It can improve the quality of the equipments but maintain the same level, i.e., a level-70 elite equipments may become a level-70 super equipments. The higher the level, the more difficult to upgrade. You had better use it to improve low-level equipment. If the improvement is unsuccessful, the durability may go down but the quality is not affected.

All monsters may drop meteors and Dragon Balls. It depends on your luck.
