Here you can enable GUS (Gravis Ultrasound) emulation. Pretty much the same deal as with configuring the sound blaster. A GUS however has two IRQ's and two DMA. Truth be told I never owned a GUS I never used GUS emulation but I do know that you can set both IRQ and DMA's to the same value. I also know that you need certain patches/drivers to actually use this. But that's beyond me.
