Standard energy sidearm, designed for space travel. Fires energy projectiles that shatter into weak static shock burst, and they burst when in contact with all surfaces. Same as the Disruptor Pistol but has better energy throughput and accuracy. Secondary fire fires a 'disrupter' charge that moves faster, delivers a much wider blast, and takes 5 seconds between shots. 3 seconds before you fire (during which it can make a sort of whiney "charging" sound), and 2 seconds after. |
Grenade Launcher | ||
First choice weapon for explosion damage. Fires highly explosive grenades that will bust on a first contact. Secondary mode fires timed grenades that will explode after a few seconds unless you manage a direct hit. Make sure not to stand too close by an explosion. |
Hard Wave Rifle | ||
A portable containment field generator mounted to a gun frame. Projects a very small field instantly for a light long range attack. It can also generate a very fast short range wave in a wide arc that will not harm, but will temporarily stun enemies. |
Ultra Sonic Rifle | ||
The weapon of choice for night time operations, this rifle emits a highly focused sonic wave. It also incorporates a night vision enhancement that interfaces a sonic imaging system with a HUD visor. |
Electric Projector | ||
A makeshift weapon made by the Science crew to defend themselves from the invasion. Not extremely powerful and a bit unwieldy, but is a useful weapon, especially in the earlier levels. Powered by rechargeable cells. |
