Here you can change the look of the user interface by applying skins.

Skins

A skin is organized into a compressed ZIP file containing:

• A foreground image for buttons and toolbars
• A background image for the browser workspace
• Graphics for all small and large buttons

To change the user interface skin:

1. Download a skin file
2. In Preferences, click to apply the skin

To create your own skin:

1. Study the files in the default skin
2. Create a similar collection of files, only with your graphics instead
3. Zip down the skin files and apply it like described above
4. Share your skin with others

To change the skin images but keep the buttons, use either of two methods:

1. Click in Preferences and select an image on your computer
2. Right-click an image in a Web page, and go down the "Use image as" menu

You can also:

• Enable special user interface effects like button highlighting and button text zooming
• Lock toolbars to prevent unwanted drag-and-drop operations
