Context Menus

Context menus appear when right-clicking different things.

Page menu

The Page menu appears when right-clicking a part of a page that does not have links, images or forms.


Back	Go back to previous page
Forward	Go forward to next page
Stop	Stop loading page
Home	Go to your home page

Reload	Get the newest version of the page
Reload every »	Monitor page by reloading frequently

Add to Bookmarks	Remember this page
Copy address	Copy page address to the clipboard
Send link in mail	Tell a friend about this page

Frame »	Multiple choices for selected frame
View source	View source of selected frame
Save as	Save source of selected frame
Validate source	Validate source of selected frame using on-line software

Add to Bookmarks	Remember frame address
Copy address	Copy frame address to clipboard
Send link in mail	Tell a friend about selected frame (!)

Reload	Get newest version of selected frame
Load all images	Load all images in selected frame

Maximize	Remove all other frames

Background »	Multiple choices for background image on page (same as Image menu)

Duplicate	Browse in a duplicate of the current page
Create linked	Create new page in which to open links clicked in current page

Full screen	View page on entire screen (press `F11` to return to normal)

Open in new page	Open link in a new page
Open in background	Open link in the background

Add to Bookmarks	Remember this page
Copy link address	Copy link address to clipboard (paste into text editor)
Save target as	Download the file under the link

Page »	Access Page menu

When clicking an image that has a link, a menu appears with the combined items of the Image menu and the Link menu.

The image menu appears when right-clicking images.


Show image	Load image, and make sure images are turned on
Reload image	Get the newest version of this image
Save image	Save image on your computer
Copy image	Copy image to the clipboard (paste into graphics software)
Copy image address	Copy image address to the clipboard
Image properties	Show details about image
Use image as »	Skin the browser and your computer desktop
Foreground skin	Use image as foreground skin
Background skin	Use image as background skin

Desktop background	Use image as desktop background

Remove foreground skin	Disable the foreground skin
Remove background skin	Disable the background skin

Page »	Access Page menu

The mailto: link menu appears when right-clicking mailto: links. Try here


Compose mail	Write an e-mail to the link address

Add to Contacts	Recognize the e-mail address as a contact
Copy address	Copy e-mail address to clipboard
Copy mailto:address	Preceed e-mail address with mailto: and copy to clipboard

Page »	Access Page menu

When clicking an image that links to an e-mail address, a menu appears with the combined items of the Image menu and the mailto: menu.

The Form menu appears when right-clicking inside a form.


Insert »	Insert strings from Personal information preferences
Full name	Insert your first and last name into form
First name	Insert your first name into form
Last name	Insert your last name into form
...	(List continues for applicable items)

Edit	Edit personal information to paste into forms

Undo	Undo recent changes in form

Cut	Move selected text to the clipboard
Copy	Copy selected text to the clipboard
Paste	Paste contents of clipboard at cursor position
Delete	Delete selected text in form

Select all	Select all text in form

The style menu appears when clicking the style button triangle on the Address bar.


Author mode	Show page the way the author intended
User mode	Complement page style with your own (see below)

Emulate text browser	Pretend to be a non-graphical browser
Accessibility layout	For people with visual impairments and reading disabilities
Show images and links only	Hide plain text
High contrast (W/B)	Show text in white on black
High contrast (B/W)	Show text in black on white
Skin page background	Apply background (select image in skinpage.css)
Hide non-linking images	Hide images that do not have links
Hide certain-sized elements (aggressive)	Try to hide annoying elements
Disable tables	Dissolve table coloumns into separate lines
Show structural elements	Show essential markup in page
Debug with outline	Show rectangles around page elements

Normal	Multiple style sheet #1 (if provided by site)
Enhanced	Multiple style sheet #2
