ImageWalker Support

When reporting a bug please supply the following details:

  • Your email address
  • The version of the software you are running (This can be found on the about box; click on About ImageWalker under the help menu )
  • The operating system you are running (Windows 95/98/NT/2000)
  • The version (if any) of Internet Explorer installed on you computer

NOTE: The ImageWalker program can automatically provide the above information. To see this information click Bug Report under the help menu.

Some Known Bugs

  • The folders tree view does not refresh when you create or remove folders. You must press F5 or click refresh to update the tree.
  • BMP Files sometimes have reversed colors. Please send me BMP files that cause this problem.
  • From time to time Twain operations cause a GPF. If anyone can reproduce this let me know how.
  • When playing a MP3 or AVI file the position indicator does not update. I don't know why?
