Increases the size of the image by adding a background "Canvas" of a specified color and transparency. If the image is larger then the canvas size, there is the option to leave the image alone, crop, or shrink the image to fit. The transparency of the extra canvas can be changed by modifying the Opacity value. The transparency will be maintained during some EyeBatch operations and if saved to a 32-bit PNG.
