EyeBatch saves all resultant images in the output folder. You can select an output folder by clicking the browse button or typing in the path. EyeBatch will prompt you to create a new folder if it doesn't exist.
If an image already exists in the output folder with the same filename, EyeBatch will ask if you wish to overwrite. To prevent these messages from appearing, you may check the Overwrite Existing Images checkbox. Be careful, as checking this will automatically overwrite the file if it exists.
