Editing an external style sheet affects all documents linked to it.
To edit an external style sheet:
| 1 | Open any document that is linked to the external style sheet you want to change. |
| 2 | Choose Window > Styles or click the Styles button in the Launcher. |
| 3 | Click the Style Sheet button in the Style palette. |
| 4 | In the Edit Style Sheet dialog box, double-click the name of the external style sheet. |
| A second Edit Style Sheet dialog box appears that displays the styles in the external style sheet. | |
| 5 | Edit the styles in the external style sheet and click Save when you have finished. |
| This change affects all documents linked to the external style sheet. | |
