Most of the palettes and inspectors in Dreamweaver can be combined into a single tabbed palette. This makes it easy to access the information you need without cluttering your workspace. (The Launcher, Property inspector, Site window, and HTML inspector cannot be docked in this way.)
To combine two or more palettes to create a tabbed palette:
| 1 | Drag one floating palette over another floating palette. When you see the highlighted border appear on the target palette, release the mouse. |
| 2 | Click any tab in the window to bring it forward. |

To prevent a palette from joining the tabbed palette:

Press Shift while dragging the palette. |

To remove a window from the tabbed palette:
|
Drag its tab out of the window. |
