Developers can streamline their Web
content management û for free!
APC is pleased to offer this free full working version of EphoxÆs flagship Web publishing and management software û EditLive! This special
APC offer includes registration of the current version of EditLive 2.0 with one domain and three seats (workstations).
This package is worth over $200!
EditLive is designed to give Web and intranet developers more time and less responsibility. Allowing content authoring and publishing to be decentralised within an organisation can do this.
With EditLive, non-technical users can author, publish and maintain content using a familiar Word-like interface. This eliminates some of the obstacles associated with keeping Web site applications and content current. Developers gain more time to work on other Web technologies, as they are no longer required to translate content from other formats to HTML.
EditLive replaces a HTML text area field in any dynamic Web site or browser-based application and gives users a toolbar that allows them to apply fonts and headings. They can copy and paste from most Windows applications without losing formatting, insert tables, images and hyperlinks, and check spelling. The best part is that the processing of this content can be performed using the language and server of the developersÆ choice û in other words, it's platform independent.
