One of the first steps to maths success is to learn how to add and subtract automatically to 10. Later you also need to know times tables automatically, too. Math Cards helps teach these skills. The shareware version asks 10 addition questions in a row and the registered version asks up to 50 addition, subtraction, multiplication and division questions.

A game to develop your short-term visual memory crucial to learning, Pare A Pair is essentially a card-matching task. The program presents a set of white tiles. You click each to discover the concealed picture, hold that image in your mind and match it to another tile with the same picture on it. Three difficulty levels and two types of gameplay keep children five- to seven-year-olds interested.
