Footnote symbols used in help file
Footnote Symbol	Purpose
#	Defines a unique topic ID for a topic which you'll use every time you want to link to this topic. Each topic must have, at least, a topic ID.
$	Defines the topic's title. This is the title of the topic as it will appear in the Topics Found dialogue box, the Bookmark dialogue box and in the History window. Defining a title is optional.
K	Defines the keywords for the topic which are the words used in the help Index. Defining these is optional and you can have more than one for any topic. Keywords are best omitted for popup topics.
