We perform all Internet connections at the customer's address along with basic training in the Internet. We also leave a copy of the internet.au starter guide and CD free of charge. We make every effort to ensure that clients do not get an engaged tone. Our only advertising is via the entry in the Australian ISP List, and we rely mainly on word of mouth. This means that it is important that we provide excellent customer service - or go broke.
