Access 2
The Access2 service runs on Access1's national network. Access 1, and hence Access2, has been built with reliability and redundancy as key design goals. Whilst the Access 1 network has extensive regional coverage (42 points of presence), Access2 is intended to be available at the primary core points of presence. These core points of presence are interconnected by a high bandwidth national ATM network.
