| PingPlotter 1.10 A network diagnostic tool that allows you to collect data, and gives you the information you need in order to troubleshoot and identify possible network problems. It uses traceroute, ping and whois to give you a graphical interpretation of your network. Version 1.10 of the program is not as comprehensive as version 2.51.1, but is free.
