This alert appears when the digital certificate
used by ZoneAlarm Security Suite to

does not match the contact's instant messaging
ID.

session. This may occasionally occur in
busy network traffic conditions. ZoneAlarm
Security Suite will make repeated attempts
to re-establish the secure session. Often,
restarting the instant messaging program
resolves the issue.
