Scanner Comparisons

See for yourself how well these scanners compare. These images are scans of our February 1997 edition. All images were scanned at 150dpi and the maximum colour resolution allowable by the scanner (minimum 24-bit). To view these images, make sure your graphics card's colour depth is set to 24-bit. Simply click on the thumbnail image to see the larger version.

All images have been reduced in size by 50% for space reasons and compressed as JPEG image files at 90% compression, which should not affect the image quality at all.
