Make Your Own Fonts
Some ideas for creating your own fonts.
- Try some of these font design ideas:
- use rubber stamps, potato cuttings etc..
- get the kids to draw a font
- draw your own font using ink and paper.
- use your Calligraphy skills (or a friend's) to draw a font
- use your favourite drawing or paint package
- Save each character as a graphic file and use them as you would any picture.
- Or, buy a font design program so you can save your font as a true type font.
- Use Corel Draw to create your own .TTF font or edit and adapt existing ones.
- Here are the characters you'll need:
- the letters A - Z (uppercase)
- the letters a - z (lowercase)
- numbers 0 - 9
- useful symbols: ! ? " ' * &
