Net Guide - Introducing Netscape Navigator

Dragging any URL `hotlink' onto the desktop creates a shortcut to that page.

 

Click the envelope icon to launch Netscape Mail, Navigator's in-built e-mail program.

 

Netscape Navigator Gold edition features an integrated HTML editor which relies more on formatting icons and menus rather than cryptic tags.

 

Navigator's online help really is online: each of these menu selections points the browser towards a page on the Netscape Web site, so you'll need to be connected to the Net to use these resources.

 

Netscape's Bookmark menu is used to keep your favourite sites close at hand . . .

 

. . . the Bookmarks window is used to organise them into folders and new bookmark files.
