Creating an AAPT Account

To help you create an AAPT account, Account Setup connects you to AAPT's Registration Server, where you can choose from the options available and create an account.

Before connecting, Account Setup asks you for information about:

• The modem you are using.
• The phone line at the location you are connecting from.

When you are finished using the AAPT Registration Server, Account Setup disconnects you from the server and automatically sets up Communicator to access your new account.
